Thank you all for praying. Also, please pray that the doctor won't demand
any more blood. After today, I don't think I want any more blood work. It
took four pricks to get it, three from one nurse, and one from Windy, my
favorite nurse. I prayed they'd get it in one prick in the car, while we
were waiting, while we walked into the lab, and while it was happening. When
the first vein blew, I prayed she'd be successful the second time, but it
blew, too. The third one was a leaky pipe that only gave a few drops of
blood before it blew out, and when Windy came on the scene, she used a
smaller butterfly needle and got it on her first stick. I'm like, "Thank
You, Jesus,", and she's like, "You better thank Him, because I was praying I
wouldn't have to stick you again." She must really be a strong Christian.
Either that, or God decided to have mercy when she came to my rescue.
