Things like what I asked change so often over the years, it is hard to keep
up. After I asked, I remembered my sister has had books published so I
called her. Most of her books are educational children's books but she said
the same thing that some of you said, that is, a quote within a quote is the
' and I have seen that but didn't know if it was the ;;punctuation rule or
something commonly used in written documents on websites. Anyhow, my sister
agreed with those of you who said you use the ' as the inside quotation
marks. Thanks to all who responded. I've been working on my third
Christian adventure e-novel over the last few months and this issue came up
again so I figured I'd try and find an answer this time. It is what I have
been doing but I didn't know if I was right or wrong. In case you wish to
know, this is a totally knew story, with new characters, and is called, "The
Place Of A Skull."

Phil.
