Writing Question

text/plain (12 lines)
Does anybody know what you do if you are already quoting, that is, if you
are writing what a person is saying, and in the middle of what your are
writing what they are saying, they quote someone else? Do you use the ' as
the quotations marks without the body of the speaking person or do you use
some other punctuation? I don't read Braille very often and when I read
using my voice synthesizer, you don't often stop to look at such things.
So, I was just curious if anybody knows the correct format? I've seen the '
used for an inner usage of quoting but I've never know if this is correct or
not or if somebody just made it up.

Phil.
