Hi Vergie,
TVP is texturized vegetable protine. It's a meat substitute. I like
to use it in Chili because it's not greasy. My doctor says I can have
only two ounces of meat per meal, or, was that per day? Well, if it
was two ounces a day ... I think you can guess.
