Hi. I need your prayers again. My cousin's in jail, and the aunt I live with
is so stressed that she's a ticking time bomb. I may have just come home too
soon. I mean, even when she's not stressed, she's always after me to grow
up. I can't please her. She's a prim and propper lady. She wants me here,
but then again she doesn't. I'm really starting to believe she only wants me
for my money. Last night, she started in on me. Do you know what really
annoys me? She'll start crap with me, and just not expect me to say
anything. Heaven knows, I try to ignore her, or at least pretend she's not
here, but that's impossible. She's pushy. I mean, if I don't want to talk
about something, she's insistent that I do. OK, she didn't have to take me
in, and OK, she does a lot for me, but is this the price I have to pay? I
knew I needed to contribute financially, whenever I need to, but do I really
have to take this abuse? Do you know what I really hate? She bowed up at me,
or got in my face last night. I'm just scared she's going to end up either
hitting me, or well, I don't know. I really can't stand it when she talks
through her teeth. It scares me, but does she care? Please pray that this
jail time is a wake-up call for my cousin. Also pray that I can find Section
8 housing, which is virtually impossible to do in this county. I've been to
their website, and I just can't find anything. I just can't live with
someone who's verbally abusive, and who's threatening to be physically
abusive. When you get in someone's face, that's a clear indication that
you're not that far away from hitting them. She wants me to grow up? Then,
by the grace and power of God, I will grow up, and find a better home to
live in in the process. I can't depend on my family, that's for sure.
