Manuela,

I'd guess that most of us don't actively receive PT or OT.  The reason I'm
doing it now is that I've had new things come up.  In general, I don't get
as much exercise as I should; In the ten years since I got married, I've
gained weight.  I like to think it's because I eat better, but I know it's
also because I get less exercise since having to go to a power chair 5 years
ago.  I do ski, when time and finances permit, but the level of activity
most of the year is pretty low.
