Kathy Jo,
Just so there's no confusion for the parents on the list, it is I who have written essays on life and living with cerebral palsy. One essay, Obstacles, is being published in a mainstream parenting magazine here in Canada.
May I suggest that if you make further inquiries to the Cerebral Palsy list about your own story that you change the subject line of your e-mail to the group; perhaps something like 'Kathy Jo Pink's Story' :)
I expect to have another group of life lesson essays ready in a week or two so if any of you who are currently reading me wish to read more, please do get in touch.
Best!
Carla
