Oh I forgot to answer the OT PT question. Case gets both at school 
once a week. He also gets massage altho it is irregular and he is 
supposed to treadmill but it is not incorporated into this schedule 
yet. It is at the house though. The guy who started access surf is an 
adaptive recreational therapist who was seeing many injuries with 
people who used to love the ocean so they got them back in it.
I hate it that insurance does not pay for more therapy. All the 
insured money was used up for PT with the many apptmts after the surgery.
Also I think the strength training is doing him more good than anything.
In just a couple of months he has gone from one difficult leg raise 
to fifteen and is even doing lunges, pushups and more routines with a ball.
