Hello to all, I have the radio fixed but I have know what I did to fix it.
one thing I found is when I programmed in the frequencies on the b channels which are the 440 frequencies I didn't program in the offsets on most of them so I have to go back in and do that.
well it isn't as bad as I thought.  but I don't know what to do if it happens again.
