What do you define as "being accessible?"

And, if I had my druthers, I'd opt for 5.8GHz as using a 2.4Ghz phone around a 
microwave oven is sometimes a problem.

I don't care so much about contacts talking although that would be a nice
feature.  But what I need is a phone that is accessable, even if it doesn't
talk, but I need a second handset and no answering machine.  I really don't
care if it 's 2. or 5 ghz, it just must be cordless.
