I have the VIP 1000 which I like. The only glitch it had was that you can't
span more than one day with your four events. Since I am a late nighter, I
set the sleep time for 12:30 AM which caused the program to hang. The only
solution was to set the Wake time at 12:30 AM, the day time for the wake up
time, the evening time for the day, and the night sleep time for the evening
time so all four events would occur the same day.

Subject: vip talking thermostat

I just got a VIP 1007 Talking Thermostat installed today. It came with a CD
with text and audio instructions. It seems quite nice. Does anybody else
have one of these? What do you think of it?
