Hi Ron,
Thanks much for offering to send me the manual for the Icom Ic703.

Would please send it as an attacdhment to my work e-mailaddress which is:

I'd like to read it on a Braille sisplay which I don't have here at home.

What options did you have with your Icom? Did you have the speech board and 
one of the Millenium qsyers?

What sort of antenna did you use for most of your work?

I figure ten watts or so from an apartment won't do too much harm or rfi to 
other people's equipment.
