Does anyone have any info or documentation on the kenwood tmv71 dual band
transceiver

as far as ease of operation and accessibility by the blind?  Does it include
a voice

synthesizer?  I found one on EBay for $100 opening bid that am seriously
thiking

about bidding on; but, wanted to find out more prior to committing.
