Craig,

Unfortunately,there is no standard for laptops like there is for desktop
systems (ATX, etc). Because of size and cooling constraints, laptop boards
are highly specific to the model. Even if there was such a thing, the swap
would be very difficult.

Your only option is a new laptop.
