I apologize for being nosey but, where do you live William that it's "impossible to get enough animal fat" there?

I would love to hear more about coconut oil/coconut milk - if anyone has some information. I can't seem to digest it. I think perhaps my ancestors did not have access to it in my evolutionary/ancestral history. How common is it in Africa/Eurasia?

Impossible to get enough animal fat here, so I've started using coconut
oil.
Does anyone know if this is an adequate replacement for the real thing?

William
