A friend told me that stores are supposed to have either a braille overlay
or a touch pad with buttons like that on a phone and when he went to a store
which didn't have either, he refused to give his pin code and said, "I'm
sorry, I can't do business here." Then he left the store.

So, now I'm wondering: which is better--use the pin code or sign. I would
think that if the screen is vertical a signature guide would fall off. But
giving my pin number to a clerk ... I don't know.

Is it true stores are supposed to have the accessibilities my friend told me
about?
