Thanks.  I have seen that option so when you suggested I check it out, I did 
but can't find it in any of the pull down menus.  Did find one there that I 
have been wanting to change.  Using Outlook Express.

Interesting that I am not having the problem today.  It occurs about 
everyother day and stays away after I empty Inbox directly from the Verizon 
Site.
