check at your local radioshack, CB shop, truck stop excetra. They're bound
to have some non-invasive alternatives for a mike hanger.
A few people mentioned magnetic hangers....well, most vehicles in the past
20 years have had nearly completely plastic interiors. A magnetic hanger is
only good for slapping on the radio case or something.
Most new radios have very low magnetic pull on their cases as
well...probably metal getting close to a stainless or something.

Velcro will work beautifully, if you get strong enough velcro.
Craft stores like Michaels or what ever you may have around, will have heavy
duty velcro that will last quite a long time with repeated separations.
Put the hook side of the velcro, that is, the rough side on the dash or
where ever, and the loop, the soft side, on the back of the mike.
They sell industrial strength velcro for guitar pedal boards that would work
nicely...it is really very strong, and the adhesive is designed to stick
really well even with repeated strain from removing the item that is
velcroed on.
Another idea might be to use the stick on hook like before, and just drape
the mike cord over the hook allowing the mike to hang down.
There is a few inches of straight cord at the bottom of the mike to the part
where it starts to curl....that should fit into a hook quite well and keep
the mike secure.
