The cheap and dirty solution is stick-on Velcro patches, one on the back of
the microphone, the other somewhere on the dash or console area of the
automobile.

Another possibility is to fabricate a hanger that would loop around the
round button on the back of the microphone, and hang it over the hook you
mentioned.

With a little luck and a pair of pliers, you could probably fabricate such
an adapter from a piece of coat hanger, preferably one of the very thin ones
often used for shirts.

A visit to your local CB shop or truck stop may also yield a store-bought
solution.
