I got it here.  It measures ac to I think 700 volts, dc to a thousand, 
ohms, frequency up to 20 mhz and capacitance.  The only drawback I see is 
the leads are two conductor and I'd guess you have to go back to the 
manufacturer for replacements.  Nice for the $40 though.
