A store's used price is going to be a bit higher than a personal price. 
Personally if I wanted 1 of those radios, with the voice board included, I'd 
pay no more than $850 at the absolute most and I see them with out that 
board for around 825 or 800 all the time, sometimes less than that even. I 
don't want one so I don't watch closely but I know I've seen them.
