the homeopathic remedyVERATRUM ALB 30 takes care of ALL gluten/celiac symptoms.  I was the first to recommend this after getting the info from my md/homeopath who was VP of the World Homeopathic Assoc

NB...be VERY careful about alpha lipoic acid...it is a blood thinner and caused severe bleeding behind my retinas and I almost went blind!!  There was no warning and I didn't know that I didnt need blood thinners.  Vit E is also a blood thinner.  After the fact, I was told never to take either again, along with aspirin.
