Hi Listmates,
Thanks very much for your replies. I got two votes for one doc and one vote
for another one - both in Raleigh. Here's the info.

Kenneth Kohagen , MD

2417 Atrium Dr Ste 150

Raleigh, NC 27607

Phone: (919) 791-2040

I was very impressed with his careful approach to diagnosis. He is
definitely not a specialist in the diet itself, though, so don't rely on him
for dietary guidelines. Since diagnosis I've relied on the internet
(including this listserv) for the most up to date dietary help. But if you
are looking for advice on testing, clear diagnosis, that sort of thing, I'd
certainly recommend him.

Your request for a physician Celiac Disease knowledgeable in the Research
Triangle made its way to me through one of the members in our support group.
Dr. Kenneth Kohagen, is a gastroenterologist, and comes highly recommended
by several members in our group. He is located in Raleigh at 2417 Atrium
Dr., Ste.150, Tel: 919-791-2040. He is part of a group - Digestive
Healthcare.

Dr. Soni Anant in Raleigh is wonderful.

There you go - two for Dr. Kohagen and one for Dr. Anant.

Have a healthy Sunday (or Monday) and thanks again for your help,
Lori
