That is the name of the billionaire's city in the United Arab Emirates in
the Persian Golf.  It is pronounced Do bye but is spelled, I just looked it
up again, Dubai.  It is rapidly becoming the richest city for trade and
development in the world.  I think it might actually be the New Babylon
mentioned in Revelation during the 7 years of tribulation and not literally
Babylon of eran.
