I apologize for taking so long to post this summary. I seem to have  
inadvertently deleted my messages, but I'll share what I do remember.

People's favorites were Whole Foods GF Sandwich Bread Mix and GF  
Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix. We made them in our Cuisinart  
bread machine and they were equally delicious with a terrific  
texture. I paid $5.99 for the GF Pantry mix, while Whole Food's was  
only $3.99.

In any case, the bread was made on Monday and sliced and packaged in  
baggies and kept it's texture and flavor through Friday without  
refrigeration.
