We're looking for a list of restaurants that provide good gf food in
Baltimore.  I love the Helmand   I always go there when we are in Balto,
however, I don't remember anything that would take our children's fancy at
this restaurant.
We're looking for restaurants near Sinai Hospital that can give our children
a gluten, dairy and soy free, vegetarian meal.  They don't eat typical "kid"
food, so regular "adult" food would be good.  PF Chang's is no good because
their only GF veg meal is a bowl of steamed veg.   Legal Seafood is also not
an option.  Any other ideas?
