Just got off the phone with a lovely lady at Boar's Head and found out 
that ALL Boar's head meats, cheeses and condiments (but NOT gravies or 
soups which carry their name) are GF!!!
Not sure where else you can find Boar's Head brand, but Publix in the 
Southern US carries it.
Most (and maybe all) of their meats are MSG free.
They do not use any grains in their production so there is no gluten 
contamination of their equipment that is used to process their above 
products.


They are in the process of changing all of their labels to state GF, but 
using up the old labels first.
