Hello all,

I received a call tonight from a wonderful woman who was recently diagnosed with Celiac. She is also a diabetic and also keeps kosher. She is having a really hard time figuring out what to eat especially since she works 2 jobs and brings her lunch and dinner to work.

Any guidance you can offer would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Susan in MA
