Wow! Thanks to all of you that responded (50+)!!!

Anyway, the majority of you listed Progresso mushroom soup, and most of you stated that it was hard to find. I found it easily at my Harris Teeter.

Other brands that were mentioned were Health Valley, Walnut Acres, President's Choice for Costco in Canada, Ms. Roberts (on line), lingonberriesmarket.com, and Imagine. I did not try the online suggestions, but I did look for all the others. I was unable to find any of them except the Imagine Portabello (comes in a waxy box, not a can). I purchased the Progresso and the Imagine, but I have not tried either.

Also, I received quite a few recipes for homemade mushroom soup. I printed three of these (they were from Lisa, Bev, and Valerie). Thank you so much! I am now ready to make green bean casserole, my king ranch chicken, chicken spaghetti, hashbrown potato casserole....the list goes on and on.

Thanks again,
Judy D. -- Terrell, NC (near Charlotte)
