yay linda! you go girl!  In may I also began riding my exercise bike again am now up to 18 minutes and 2.2 miles!

Mag, that is awesome.  I LOVE water exercise and actually plan on re- 
joining the rec center this week to get back into water aerobics.  I  
haven't really done it seriously for almost three years...when I was  
pregnant with Donny I was always sick (throwing up) so I was too  
afraid to go in the water for fear of losing my lunch, literally, in  
the pool (TMI, sorry)...and somehow never really fit it back onto my  
schedule once he was born.  No more excuses I must get back if I want  
to be healthy and walk safely!
