I know for fact the 706 doesn't have it, I don't think the 718 had it though
it's been a while since I worked with one. I'm not sure on the 746 pro
either though that probably does, I do know for fact the 706 doesn't have a
monitor feature. I still say icom menus aren't that bad, yaesu is by a
billion times the worst. I can't tell you how many sighted people I know
who've sold them for that reason. I'm not sure if the Icom 718 had a monitor
feature but I seem to remember it didn't. I could be wrong.
