Don Wiss inquired of his "local nut processor, Bazzini" who told him that
"raw cashews are completely raw. No blanching or soaking or anything."

NeanderThin places cashews along with peanuts as beans which are not easily
digested in their raw form making them a "forbidden fruit".

In the Plant Kingdom, there is a Family called "Cashew" which includes the
cashew, pistachio and mango.

My question is, should pistachio and mango also be considered "forbidden
fruit"?
