The first few I found online,
oddly enough, added flour, which would be a no-go as it's a grain. Is
there an easy alternative I could use, or perhaps just leave it out
altogether?
I understand there are a lot of low carbers out there who use arrow root as a thickener. I haven't tried it so can't really comment on it. Just something I have observed. Oliva
