I'm not slightly interested in the drugs they used to "cure"  
diabetes.  But I'm desperate to know how they caused it in the test  
animals, that would surely give some insight into the nature of type 1  
diabetes in humans.

Has anyone got any more info on this research?  I've searched a few  
news sites but they all turn up basically the same article
