Just curious.  When did folks out there begin eating paleo and when did
you begin posting on this list?  I started eating paleo in early 1999
after a good friend (and former poster here) Sam Johnson told me about
the diet on a Fall 1998 fly fishing trip to Yellowstone.  He brought
along homemade pemmican which I found fascinating although more than
unpalatable.
