Yeah, kinda like that. The condition normal here is that the words fail
us. We know what we mean, just not how to say it.
We need an analogy for a small monster that grows up to be a big
headache of a monster and to apply it to Project Management. If it is a
small monster then we need to be able to identify it then stomp all over
it to make sure it does not get a chance to grow up.
So far Godzilla is where we started but that won't work. Then raccoon,
then pig. I heard skunk. Maybe anteater? The Anteater Principle of
Project Management. No, that is more aligned with the idea that if you
leave a lot of little small things running around loose that someone
else will come along and suck them all up.
Do SNARKS start out young and cute?
