The problem isn't that, it's the twin lead, and I have a lot more play
on this one than my last one and it still broke once in the 3 years or
so it's been up, and solder doesn't stick to the g5RV because of the
kind of wire used, you can sometimes make it work with a lot of flux,b
ut I don't know what's making it hold now, it's only a matter of time
before it breaks again. there is a lot of slack in the feedline though
on this one, the first one was pulled pretty tight and actually seemed
to hold up better for a while though I've never found where that broke
when it finally did. I gave it to someone who also can't find it, it's
got to be mid way in the twin lead or something stupid like that.
