That is unfortunate because it is going to make the HF spectrum worthless
for anything but BPL once these things get into widespread usage. Hmmm, I
wonder if that is why the FCC has been pushing BPL so hard...
Ok, that little leap in logic even made me dizzy.
Anyway, it seems to me that Part 15 doesn't do a very effective job of
protecting licensed services--I think they need to tighten up on those regs
a bit.
