Well, I do a lot of things but I never have been worth a flip at soldering. 
I climb my own towers, put up my antennas but I guess I could do a sloppy 
solder job.  Some of us are good at some things and some of us good at 
others.

Why not build it yourself?  For something as simple as this, personally
I would not buy one.  Now if it were a multi band or trap or something
special that might be different.
