under the foundation license I can only use 10 watts. although
apparently according to an assessor friend of mine, very few operators
give a rats, or don't know how to set their radios up for that little
power. the acma don't really care either as long as you don't interfeer
with others. but yeah, I see what you mean. at worst I could blow the
arse out of the radio.
