    I found the manual in pdf for this radio, missing the index.  LOL

    Someone said one could use a ht to work thru the base rig.  It appears 
this only works with the TH-D7A or TM-D700A.  A shame its limited to these 
unless I am mistaken.

    I just skimmed the manual, there is too much to digest but it looks 
really nice.
