They might have these at radio shack.  I have seen them in parts
catalogues.

a bit too fragile for me.
I will probably use a peace of hard plastic, or wood even, and use small
strips of metal to connect the rows together, two screws at a time.
Thankfully I don't need anything fancy, just 8 pairs of two connected,
and the ability to easily connect and disconnect small easily broken
wires.
Those terminals that you see on the back of audio speaker cabinets that
you press the tab down and clip in the wire would probably work
perfectly.
Just put a jumper from one pin to another on the back side of it, and
mount it into some sort of board or box.
