This only works with the TMV71A not the TMV7A? Right?

software

Butch,

You do set the option in the software. Press the Alt key to bring up the
menu bar, and go to the Setup Menu. There, you'll find an option called
"Range of Standard Memories". This determines whether you're looking at all
the memories, or at one group; the default is all.

One of the settings for the PF keys is Control. If you define a PF key as
Control, you can toggle between controling the radio you're transmitting on,
or the radio you're just monitoring. If you press the A volume control
followed by the Control key, you will be controling the B radio even though
you can transmit on the A radio. If you then press the Control key again,
you'll hear a low beep and you'll be controling the A radio (normal
operation). In case you get completely confused, you will always be
transmitting on whichever radio's speaker the synthesizer comes from. In my
operating position, the A radio uses the left speaker, but of course that is
switchable from the menus. Note also that the Control function does not
work if you have muted one of the receivers.

Steve
