Harvey:

What's the best way to check whether you are entitled to another upgrade?

I did the alt H and A sequence at the Jaws window, and was surprised to find 
that they had me listed for no additional upgrades.

This is weird, since my University purchased 7.0 for me a little over 2 
years ago, at which time I was entitled to the next two upgrades.

I have written to the tech support folks, but they are not always known for 
their quick response.

Any help would be suggested here.  I'll also maybe call them on Monday.
