yes they do, but I'd doubt they'll do anything at all with accessibility on
the yaesu side of things or probably anything at all with the ham radio side
of things for that matter. Improving quality control maybe so they don't get
their name brought down because of that, but I'd very seriously doubt you'll
see any difference in equipment beyond that. Maybe they'll have a little
less even so people might look to the higher priced commercial gear to put
on the ham bands, which a lot of people do now, myself included from time to
time.
