Well, since I don't want to drill holes, and can't in the leased vehicle,
the radio itself is under the front passenger seat, and the control head is
velcroed to a convenient spot easily within reach. It just gets harder and
harder to install these things these days, and the last thing I want is a
mic bouncing around or getting stuck between the seats and keying the radio
endlessly. I have heard that way too many times as I've listened to various
repeaters in our area.
