I don't agree with the different scores either.  I had to contend with too
many women who play the much too delicate to pick something up game too many
times.  Yet, I met other women who could out work the guys.  I know I could
out handle an oxygen tank compared to many a man.  
We had people going through remedial PT also, big build up in the Navy
during the Reagan era meant all sorts of weird recruiting efforts.  We had
people that were told they didn't need to know how to swim. Puhleese!!
