I should be on for both, although cw isn't my strong point. The problem with 
only working cw in contests, is that you get real good at copying the call 
and exchange, but If the other guy sends me something else, it's like a 
curve ball and my pea brain goes numb.

Good luck with the  recording  unit.   It's a seperate unit for the 2000 and 
not part of the voice synth as in the 480.  Instead I've been using the 
digital voice recorder and cw keying  in my contest logger.    I'll look for 
you in the contests.
