there aren't any desk mikes with  DTMF tones as a part of the unit yet.
However, a very cheap and simple alternative is to use one of those old DTMF
dialers that were used before DTMF touch pads became standard on telephones.
You simply key the mike and hold the small speaker up to the microphone and
punch in your DTMF code.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure you can get these with the four extra A through
D keys built in.
Most echolink systems don't require these to access them though.
