Hi.

The power supply is probably an accessory.  On a lot of the newer tuners, 
if you get the rig control interface, the tuner powers right off your 
radio.  The Kenwood interface for my MFJ auto tuner is set up that way, and 
when I had the LDG AT2000 Pro, it was set up that way too.  They probably 
don't include a power supply because if you are going to power it off a 
radio, then you don't need one.
